As soon as I wake up in the morning, I remember that nothing exists as it appears. Then I think of sentient beings who want happiness, but experience suffering. I meditate in the hope that they receive these good waves… Then I think to myself that if everyone would do that the world would be more pleasant and I think of you….
Dès que je me réveille le matin, je me rappelle que rien n’existe tel qu’il apparaît. Ensuite, je pense aux êtres sensibles qui veulent le bonheur, mais qui font l’expérience de la souffrance. Je médite en espérant qu’ils reçoivent ces bonnes ondes… Puis je me dis que si tout le monde ferait cela le monde serait plus agréable et je pense à toi….
